This home is a freshly remodeled, beautifully furnished lower-level duplex just 5 minutes from Mayo Clinic. A bus stop and multiple restaurants are one minute away.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit has everything you might need to recover from a surgery, to feel at home while seeking treatment or to enjoy beautiful Rochester.

The house is child friendly with a nice selection of toys and books to keep your little ones occupied. A Pack-n-Play and highchair are included.

Pets welcome at a charge of $50/dog.

 The house includes 500 megabyte per second Internet access. Relax on the couch or heated massage lift recliner while you watch the streaming television or just curl up by the fireplace to read or play games. Due to the fire hazard, no open candles or flames are allowed on the property.

The kitchen contains everything needed for food preparation including a microwave, electric stove/oven, both a Keurig coffee maker and a traditional electric coffee pot, a blender, a full set of pots and pans, flour and sugar, baking powder, oil and a selection of common spices for cooking.

There are BPA-free children’s dishes in addition to a full set of traditional dishware. We highly recommend when you arrive that you take a look in the cabinets and under the stove, so you familiarize yourself with all the appliances, dishes and utensils.

 A dedicated workspace, including a desk, office task chair and a lamp. Two bedrooms include hybrid queen mattresses (with foam mattress toppers), blackout curtains, 100% cotton sheets and extra bedding if you like to sleep toasty warm.

The house has central heat and window air conditioners plus a fan if you like white noise when you sleep.

Cleaning supplies you may want during your stay are stored in the bathroom and hallway closets and under the kitchen sink.

There is a shared laundry room accessible from within the duplex. Entry requires the navigation of six steps down from ground level.
